What happens after I apply?

Once you submit an application and make arrangements to have your institution send CES your academic records (official transcript/mark sheets) in a sealed envelope, your application goes into a queue for review.

You will be notified by email when your official academic record is received and entered into our system. This means we have received your official academic record but have not reviewed and accepted your application.

Once we review and accept all documents received from you and your institution, your application is deemed complete and goes into a queue for processing. The processing time starts from the date when your application is accepted by CES. You will be notified by email once your application is accepted.

Current processing times can be viewed on our website. Processing times are estimates and do not include delivery time. Processing times are subject to change without notice.

Once processing is complete, your ECA report will be issued and you will be notified by e-mail. Two official copies (along with any duplicate copies, if selected) will be sent to the mailing address provided on your application using the delivery method chosen.
