How can a third party verify an applicant’s CES assessment report?

To verify an applicant’s CES assessment letter/report, the third party/organization can submit a written request by email to: ces.info@utoronto.ca, or fax to +1 416-978-2185.  The request must include the documents listed below:

• A scanned copy (front and back) of the assessment letter/report
• Written permission/consent from our former applicant using the “Designate/Withdraw a Third Party and/or Release Information” form OR the agency’s consent form signed by the applicant

Please ensure that the requester’s contact details are included in the consent form.

CES does not charge a fee for verification of ECA reports.
