I completed my studies at a university in Pakistan, should I ask my university to send my transcript to you directly?
If you completed your studies at a university in Pakistan, we require your degree certificate and your transcript attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). You can find the detailed document requirements at Country Specific Academic Document Tool by selecting Pakistan from the drop-down menu. Please do not ask your institution to send your academic record to our office electronically as they do not meet our document requirements.
We have been allowing our applicants to upload soft copies of their HEC-attested documents as an interim measure to avoid delays related to mail intake. We will continue to honor this alternative method for applications submitted prior to May 01, 2021 and attempt to verify these documents online directly with the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Please know CES may request a recent attestation from HEC upon review if your uploaded copies were attested prior to 2019.
For new applications submitted May 01, 2021 onwards, we will only accept HEC-attested transcripts and degree certificates that are sent to our office in HEC-sealed envelope, as we are now able to receive mail, and are up-to-date with our mail processing.
My application was submitted before May 1st, 2021, how do I upload my HEC-attested documents?
To upload your freshly HEC-attested transcripts and degree certificate, you will need to log into your application portal and Locate AP0007 – CES Missing Documents in My Applications. Please ensure to upload both the front and the back sides of the HEC-attested documents with legible stamp numbers.
We will attempt to verify your academic documents online directly with the Higher Education Commission (HEC). However, please note that applications are reviewed sequentially based on the date when the application and all required documents arrived at CES; this alternate measure will not grant you an accelerated processing time.
I have a diploma from the State Technical Board/Nursing Examination Board, can I ask my college to send you my transcript electronically?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the college record sent by your college electronically as they do not meet our documents requirement. You can find the detailed document requirements at Country Specific Academic Document Tool by selecting Pakistan from the drop-down menu. For diplomas awarded by the State Technical Board/Nursing Examination Board, we require your academic record sent by the Board.
If the State Technical Board/Nursing Examination Board does not have the capacity to send your documents to us electronically, we are regretfully unable to process your application at this time, using the standard authentication procedure. Your processing time will be paused for the entire lockdown.
That being said, we are trying to find alternative means to authenticate your credential and documents. We could initiate a direct inter-institutional verification procedure via e-mail. Please note that we will only carry this out near the end of your processing time and only if our regular in-office operations have not resumed. You will be notified by email once we initiate the direct inter-institutional verification procedure by email.
I have submitted a Higher Secondary/Intermediate Certificate from Pakistan for assessment, can I ask my school/college to send you the transcript electronically?
