How do I receive my assessment report?

For Immigration ECA applicants:

Once you submit an application and your ECA report is finalized, two official copies (along with any duplicate copies, if selected) will be sent to the mailing address provided on your application using the delivery method you have chosen and paid for. The official copies are required by IRCC as per our agreement with them.

If you have selected and paid to receive the certified electronic copy of your ECA report, you will also receive it sent through DocuSign.

For General ECA applicants:

You will receive either a certified electronic copy of your ECA report via DocuSign if you selected and paid for a Certified electronic copy as the delivery method, or two physical copies (along with any duplicate copies, if selected) if you selected and paid for the courier delivery. The certified electronic copy and the physical copy have the same validity.

For the courier delivery of your ECA report, please ensure your mailing address in your application account/profile page is up to date. If the courier company is unable to deliver your package because you failed to inform our office of any address change or update your mailing address prior to the dispatch of your ECA report package, the courier company may elect to abandon the package and deem it undeliverable. Any additional costs associated with resending are the responsibility of you (the applicant).
