If your shipping information indicates that the documents are successfully delivered to CES, please allow 10 to 15 business days for processing.
Please be advised that all official academic record(s) received at CES are subject to an internal transcript matching procedure. These procedural guidelines ensure that academic records are opened in a particular way to avoid damage to the documents enclosed and to allow staff to properly record the arrival date. All items are scanned for our electronic records. Additional notes are made for any unsealed, tampered or security-checked envelopes. Lastly, official academic record(s) are then matched to your online application and are placed in queue for review. Please note that this process takes time, depending on the volume of official academic record(s) received.
